FACILITY ASSESSMENTS

McMartin Engineering provides evaluations of existing properties with specific emphasis on the condition of the physical plant, required repairs, deferred maintenance, reserve calculations, and preparation of estimates of the probable costs for replacement and repair work.  We are also experienced with facility assessment requirements of government and secondary lending programs such as FNMA and HUD, and with the requirements of institutional lenders including follow-up and annual property reviews.
